The Chipstead Development team are enjoying their second season in the Sevenoaks & District League, moving up to Division One.  Formed in Summer 2021 by Marc Roots, who previously managed the U18s, most players are embracing their second season in "adult football".  They have also been joined by a couple of previous Chipstead Vets and are captained by Paul Atherton.
